Cancellation Policy:
Stress Free Massage has a cancellation policy in place. When you book an appointment with Stress Free Massage, you are booking a registered massage therapist's time.
A credit card number may be required to guarantee your booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hrs notice is required. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to you. Same day appointments will have the cancellation policy immediately in effect.
No-Shows:
Will be billed at 100% of the treatment charge.
Please note that the cancellation and no-show fees are subject to HST (13%). Also, these fees are not reimbursable by most extended health plans.
Lateness Policy:
If you do happen to arrive late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that's not available, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.
